What you can and can’t send
Rules vary by country. Most non-perishable, store-bought food is fine; some countries restrict certain foods to prevent pests and disease.
Learn more about sending food
What you can send:
Non-perishable foods
Store bought foods with a best before date over 6 months away
Items must be in the original manufacturers packaging and unopened
Wrap each item separately
The food label needs to list all the ingredients
The best before date must be displayed on the packaging
What you cannot send:
Perishable foods
Foods with a shelf life of less than 6 months
Homemade foods or any foods not in the original manufacturers packaging
Foods that can spoil during transit
Food in packaging that have been opened
Food that does not contain a food label listing the ingredients
Prohibited items
When you send items abroad, they will likely travel by aeroplane. Unfortunately there are slightly tight restrictions on sending goods by courier. For example you cannot send perfume, even in limited quantities. Parcelhero has a prohibited list that's applicable to all couriers, and additionally, each courier has the their own restrictions.

What customers expect from cross-border delivery
International customers expect four things from cross-border delivery: clarity over speed, communication at every stage, brand accountability for the whole journey, and a simple returns process.
