Pallet collection
We collect from UK and international addresses. All collection services require 24 hours' notice.
Most European pallet deliveries are door-to-door, a collection is booked and a driver dispatched. A local collection window can be arranged, but if goods require a pump truck for loading, please contact us before booking.

Pallet delivery
Pallet deliveries run on an average of three to five days, exclusive of bank holidays. We also offer upgrades for timed deliveries.
We deliver to kerbside or a ground-floor loading bay. Tail-lift deliveries will incur a delivery charge. If you need our help delivering to a higher floor, please contact us before booking.
All our carriers provide signed-for delivery as standard.

Safely prepare your goods for pallet distribution
Stack your pallet so the weight is evenly distributed, an uneven load can become unstable and shift in transit.
Select and stack: Choose the right-size pallet, then stack your heaviest boxes on the bottom and lightest on top, with no overhang.
Secure: Strap the goods and use corner supports to hold the load in place.
Wrap: Shrink-wrap the whole pallet and contents several times over.

Large pallet delivery and weight restrictions
Oversized pallet delivery: Parcelhero is able to handle large pallet deliveries. If your pallet exceeds 1.2 metres in length or 1 metre in width, it will be charged as a double pallet.
