What are prohibited items?

Prohibited items are products that our partner carriers will not ship.

Some reasons items are prohibited include:

• They are unsuitable for transportation on a courier network because they are fragile, or awkward shaped.

• They are hazardous (includes perfume and flammable products).

• They are works of art that are irreplaceable.

• They are items that are illegal or restricted in the destination country.
