How to get a quote?

To get a quote simply enter this information into the quote tool on our home page and click on ‘Get price and book’. 

To book a timed delivery service, simply select the timed option that best suits your needs, and complete the on-line booking form. 

Timed delivery services are guaranteed, which means if your delivery is late, you will receive a full refund of the shipping fees (this excludes unavoidable delays detailed in our terms and conditions) 

Timed delivery services also include free parcel protection to the value of £50 for loss or damage. 

Be sure to check if your item is on our Prohibited items list or Compensation Exclusion List as these are not covered by our insurance. 

If the quotation tool does not provide you with any timed delivery options, then unfortunately the service is not available for the selected postcode with any of our current delivery partners.
