Can I ship fragile items?

You can send anything not on our prohibited shipping list. 

Courier delivery is not a gentle process and some items such as glassware, ceramics and antiques are at risk of being damaged during transport. If the item you are sending falls under our compensation exclusions, they are not included by our parcel protection

While you can still send these items, you take full responsibility for any damages that may occur. You may be able to get parcel protection for items normally excluded from protection if you agree this with us beforehand by sending us photos of your packaging.

Please note however that there are some items that we simply cannot provide cover for ever, including TV’s, computer monitors and any items containing glass.

Note: Simply labelling a package as ‘fragile’ will not protect it – you must ensure everything you send is adequately packaged for delivery.
