Parcel labels for overseas postage
When you’re sending overseas post, you’ll need to print a shipping label for every parcel and affix it to each of your packages before the courier arrives to collect your shipment.
Customs paperwork for international postage
If you’re sending an overseas delivery Parcelhero will help you create a customs invoice, which details what you’re posting and why. This information is used by customs officials in the recipient country to determine any fees, which need to be paid. If you’re sending a high value item, please be advised that the receiver may need to pay Customs duty. However, if you are posting a parcel containing gifts and personal effects under £50, many countries will not apply charges.
Parcelhero updates
For your convenience, Parcelhero keeps you informed by email and SMS. Simply provide the email address and mobile number of the sender and receiver and we’ll let you know if your shipment is delayed. We will also send an email as soon as your parcel is delivered.
Tracking postage & Airmail deliveries
From the point your parcel is collected to the point it’s delivered, it will get scanned at every location throughout its journey. You can monitor your shipment in Real-time by entering your parcel tracking number into our tracking page.
If your shipment is delayed a scan will be posted informing you of why it’s delayed, this is called an exception scan. If an exception occurs, we will email you to notify you of the delay. We’ll also let you know what actions need to be taken, if any, to get your package on the move again. With Parcelhero tracking updates you are always in control.
