The Parcelhero Business Referral Programme rewards existing Parcelhero business account holders for introducing new businesses to the platform. This is a business-to-business programme — it is open to Parcelhero account holders who refer other companies, sole traders, or business operators, not private individuals.

The programme is designed to recognise and reward customers who actively advocate for Parcelhero within their professional networks. When a business you introduce opens a Parcelhero account and begins actively shipping, you receive a £50 credit applied directly to your Parcelhero shipping balance.

•      You must hold an active Parcelhero business account in good standing.

•      Your account must not be in breach of Parcelhero’s Terms of Service at the time of referral or at the time the reward is assessed.

•      This programme is for business-to-business referrals only. Referring private individuals for personal use does not qualify.

•      You may not refer yourself, a member of your household, or a business entity in which you hold a controlling interest.

•      The referred party must be a business — a limited company, sole trader, partnership, or other commercial entity — that intends to use Parcelhero for business shipping purposes.

•      The referred business must not already hold a Parcelhero account at the time of referral.

•      Former Parcelhero account holders who have closed their account within the preceding 12 months are not eligible to be referred under this programme.

•      Parcelhero employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as referrers or referred parties.

•  Log in to your Parcelhero business account and navigate to the Referral Programme page.

• Complete the business referral form

• A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your referral

• A confirmation email will be sent to the business you have referred

• The sales team will contact the referred business and support them in opening an account

A referral qualifies for a £50 shipping credit reward when all of the following conditions are met:

•      The referred business registers a new Parcelhero account using your unique referral link or code.

•      The referred business’s account is verified and approved by Parcelhero.

•      The referred business completes shipments with a cumulative shipping value of £100 or more within 60 days of account registration.

•      The cumulative £100 shipping threshold must be reached through paid, completed shipments. Cancelled, voided, or refunded shipments do not count towards the threshold.

•      Once the referred business reaches the £100 cumulative shipping threshold, Parcelhero will credit £50 to your Parcelhero shipping balance within 14 business days.

•      The £50 credit will appear in your account as shipping credit and can be used against future shipment costs on the Parcelhero platform.

•      Shipping credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

•      Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Unused credit will expire at the end of this period.

•      Once the referred business reaches the £100 cumulative shipping threshold, Parcelhero will credit £50 to the newly referred business's Parcelhero shipping balance within 14 business days.

•      The £50 credit will appear as shipping credit and can be used against future shipment costs on the Parcelhero platform.

•      Shipping credit has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

•      Credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Unused credit will expire at the end of this period.

•      There is no cap on the number of qualifying referrals you can make. You may earn a £50 credit for each separate business you successfully refer, provided each referral independently meets all qualifying conditions.

•      Each referred business can only be referred once. If the same business is referred by more than one Parcelhero account holder, the reward will be awarded to the first verified referral only, as determined by Parcelhero’s tracking system.

•      Only one referral reward is payable per referred business account, regardless of how many Parcelhero account holders attempt to refer the same business.

Parcelhero operates this programme in good faith and expects participants to do the same. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential account suspension:

•      Creating fictitious or fraudulent business accounts for the purpose of claiming referral rewards.

•      Referring the same business multiple times.

•      Artificially inflating shipping values on the referred account to meet the qualifying threshold.

•      Misrepresenting Parcelhero’s products, services, or pricing when promoting the referral programme.

•      Using paid advertising, spam, or unsolicited communications to drive referrals

•      Posting referral program on public voucher, cashback, or deal-sharing websites.

Parcelhero reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse and to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any rewards issued where fraudulent or abusive activity is identified.

•      Parcelhero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Business Referral Programme at any time, with or without notice.

•      Changes to the programme terms will be published at parcelhero.com. It is your responsibility to review the current terms before making a referral.

•      Referrals submitted before a programme change will be assessed against the terms in force at the time the referral was registered, provided the qualifying conditions are met within the applicable timeframe.

Decisions and Disputes

•      Parcelhero’s determination of whether a referral qualifies for a reward is final and binding.

•      If you believe a qualifying referral has not been credited correctly, you must raise a query with Parcelhero within 30 days of the date on which the reward would reasonably have been expected.

•      Queries should be submitted to the Parcelhero support team via by emailing referral@parcelhero.com, with the subject line: “Referral Programme Query”.

Tax and Legal

•      You are solely responsible for any tax liability arising from referral rewards you receive. Parcelhero does not provide tax advice.

•      This programme is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

•      This programme does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Data and Privacy

•      By participating in this programme, you acknowledge that Parcelhero will process personal data in connection with your participation, in accordance with the Parcelhero Privacy Policy (available at parcelhero.com/privacy).

•      Referral tracking data is retained for a period of 12 months following the date of referral registration.

Relationship

•      Participation in this programme does not create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Parcelhero.

•      You may not represent yourself as an agent, affiliate, or official representative of Parcelhero when making referrals.
