EVRi service information

EVRi offers some of our lowest cost UK deliveries, they accept up to 15kg, but they are most competitive for items under 2kg. Delivery takes 2-3 days, with 3 delivery attempts if no one’s home, however the driver will deliver to a safe place such as a porch or to a neighbour where possible.

UK collection service

EVRi collections need to be booked a day in advance and you’ll need a printer to use this service. If you miss the driver collection, don’t worry they make 3 collection attempts as standard, you don’t need to rebook, they will automatically return the following day. As this is an economy service, we’re only able to provide collection support if collection fails more than once.

Dropping off your parcel is not only convenient; with EVRi it means your parcel will be delivered quicker too. EVRi drop off service delivers in 2 days with a next day delivery upgrade option also available. And you can use a convenient QR code when dropping off your parcel, so there’s no need to print anything at home.
