Why did the website allow me to enter a description for an item you don’t accept?

We don’t validate every description due to the huge number and variations of products. Therefore just because our website allows you to add a description without prompting you, does not mean that it’s OK to ship. If your sending any items that your unsure about like cosmetics, paints, flammable liquids, medication etc, it’s your responsibility to check if the specific carrier you’ve chosen accepts the goods you're sending, and also whether they are OK to send to your destination country.

If you do book a shipment and then discover you're unable to ship that item, you will need to cancel the shipment, which may then be subject to a cancellation fee.
