Can the carrier hold my package for a future delivery date?

Your carrier may need to hold your package for a short while, if, for example, your receiver is away. Different carriers are able to hold packages for different periods of time, be aware though, this is not guaranteed.

The time carriers can hold packages is as follows: 

UPS

• At depot - 5 working days

• UPS Access Point™ (Drop point) - 10 working days.

DHL - 5 working days

FedEx - 5 working days

DPD - 5 working days

ParcelForce UK - 21 calendar days
