Can I insure an item on the exclusion list?

Some items are notoriously difficult to transport by courier, such as very fragile items, furniture or items containing glass. We don’t normally offer cover for these types of items; however we do make exceptions if you can assure us the packaging you're using is sufficient for the goods you’re shipping.
