What is an Extended Area or Remote Region charge?
Extended and remote areas are usually very remote locations, or areas far away from the courier's nearest depot.
As it costs them more to collect and deliver in these locations, they apply a surcharge which we unfortunately have no choice but to pass onto our customers.
