Paying customs and duties charges in advance

It’s possible to pay the customs and duties charges in advance of clearing customs in situations when it may be inappropriate to pass the costs on to your recipient. This service is called Deliver Duty Paid (DDP)

If you're a business customer, you can apply to have DDP turned on for your account. If you're not a business, you can still request to pay DDP, however you will need to pay customs and duties in advance, please create a ticket through our chatbot to get started.
