Import fees on delivery

If your parcel is held because the courier cannot collect import (customs) fees from the receiver, they will usually attempt delivery again to allow payment.

Important: Import fees are set by customs authorities, not by the courier or us.

If the receiver refuses to pay these fees, you have three options:

1. Pay the fees yourself – contact us to arrange payment and reverse the charges.

2. Request the shipment be returned – return costs will apply.

3. Abandon the parcel at customs – not recommended, as it may be destroyed.
