Can I get a copy of the customs paperwork?

When you make a booking, the details you provide during the booking process are used to generate your customs paperwork.

A copy of this is provided to you along with your labels in your order confirmation page and in your confirmation email, which you can then save or print.

You can also get all the paperwork from your dashboard view on our home page.

Most customs invoices are submitted electronically to customs, so you don't need to print them.
